I wish you guys would do regular Imperial City events like this, IC was so much fun this last week. It's the most fun I've had in IC period, and in the game for a while.

I expected the event to not be active yesterday, and I think a lot of people did as it seemed pretty empty again compared to last week.

Fun footage from yesterday. Yes, it was less populated than the rest of the week so it was nice to get a little breathing room. Good fights all.

Must come as a shock to you, but the game doesnt revolve round you.

I know plenty of hard core PvPers who have been in IC for ages during this event, so your sweeping statement is over generalised and you do know you can go into other campaigns with your guild ye?

I would really like to see this become a regular event, maybe a weekend long event once (or twice) a month.

The most active I've seen the sewers in a long time and when it's active it is better than cyrodil by a clear mile, you can be far more effective down there in small groups than you can up top.

Someone has already said it, but this should be a regular thing.

I've always wanted something like a mount drop to be added to bal to get more people down here, this is an ok alternative.

I'm not sure I like events. Content should draw players of its own accord and it concerns me when games go down this road. It usually leads toward heavy grinding of content, rather than enjoyable gameplay. I'm sure it does wonders for the numbers when saying 'see our investment in this update was worth it, look how many people have played it' at the meeting with the bosses, but it fails to take into account the sense of ennui people start to feel after they've repetitively played something until it becomes hated. What keeps a mmo fresh is that you can mix things up, not that you keep repeating the same droll action over and over. People can go to work to do that, this is supposed to be fun. While I have enjoyed the improved activity in IC, I have to say I protest the general concept of events in an MMO. They tend to artificially boost the worth of an activity above what the playerbase might really feel it has. This in turn I believe tends to drive down quality in an MMO, and I've seen this happen before on more than one game. Its a bad feedback loop, please reconsider.

On a positive note, I do think the event has opened some people's eyes to IC.
