Guys

We all understand that things can go wrong - they shouldn't with a company of your size but hey - that's the world.

With reference to the error 200 message so many are getting - Would you PLEASE have the courtsey to say something - your customer service leaves so much to be desired. NO we do not want your standard do this do that - we want to know what is happening. We can be patient - but not in the face of apparent disinterest by ZOS.
If you have given some sort of reply then at least place on these messages where it may be found and/or put something in the yellow strip. Good customer service is really not rocket science

    It´s up there. They are working on it. Red strip above the maintenance announcement. I prefer them to actually be busy working to solve the problem, than answering ppl on forum.

    Absolutely agreed - however to put something in the strip to say they are aware takes 2 seconds and does demonstrate an awareness. Most people can be patient so long as they KNOW something is being done.

    HeHe - I may add that it was not there when I wrote the original post above. Had they done that sooner then maybe not so many posts!!

    =D Definately agree, knowing is very good. But seeing as it is nighttime for our staff, I think some wait is in order. They should get an EU staff for us EU customers.

    Also absolutely agreed - I may add that most reputable companies would have a night standby staff - even if only one person.
    Considering the popularity and size of ESO I would have thought this to be a minor expense and worthwhile investment.

    However - Thanks to the person who finally started to use the strips. :smiley:
