i feel that ZOS is so disrespectful not informing any of the EU player what is going on

    What a bs comment,
    they should have a message about problems like this on the forum within 5 minutes at least after the problem starts acting up.
    Because we live in 2016 and these things actually are possible if forum employees would show some more effort.

    And knowing whats been going on Defenitly would make the situation better..

    If they don't know that there's a problem then it's worthwhile telling them.

    How are we supposed to know that they know? It makes good customer relations to just tell us they know and they are working on it.

    If nothing else it will stop people complaining that they have been left in the dark.

    It's hard to imagine other scenarios where a delay of over 30 minutes would just be ignored - imagine waiting for a train that was 30 minutes late but nobody told you what was going on... the idea that you should simply "be patient" is ridiculous.

    Ever thought about that their CMs not being in the office right now (as it's still night over there) and the technicians (that may or may not know about the issue) do not post here?

    That is such a "ZoS" solution,
    working around it isnt a fix,
    we want to log in to our own server.

    Ok look, obviously the hamsters are in the middle of a shift change...however, the fresh hamster's trolley was running late, hence the servers are down.

    The difference there is that the train is expected at given time. when I doesn't turn up you can clearly see theres an issue as there 300 people stood on a platform.

    If theres a PSN or server error, ZOS may not even be aware for 30 mins, let alone rush to the forum to tell everyone and then fix it.

    Also don't forget that the huge majority do not use this forum.

    I'd prefer they spent resoucres fixing any issue

    It just does. Good customer service works. Often a simple acknowledgement of a problem can take the wind out of a customer's frustrations. Obviously that problem will also have to be resolved, but the way a customer is treated is a huge factor.

    I really hope ZOS clears up what is going on right now out of respect for me. Nobody on EU can login but I can't put my finger on what's going on? Maybe there is a problem with the login server or something? ZOS please clarify before I suffer from high disrespect levels and die!

    It would help by showing that they know about the problem and are working on it. Now it's just guessing ... "Is anybody at work?" - "Noticing?" etc ...

    Still, it's not disrespectful, just bad service.

    clearly you have never been to the south wales valleys, a train or bus arriving 30 min's later than stated on the time table is actually considered early!
