Poisons are annoying, the one reason you don't see it on everyone is the fact you end up poisoning a ton of goblins lol0 -

Exactly what I was going to say. Can't tell you the number of times those whips drain all my resources (including my ult) and one shot meIts flame whip on the mDK, pls nerf zeni mdk too op

But yes op, if you died within seconds after and it appeared to be like a "one-shot" death, it was a health desync. You should be able to notice the visuals if poisons are ever on you.
