Disconnecting every 19 mins - Help!

I'm a returning player and just re-subbed but my play time is being ruined as I disconnect every 19 mins like clockwork.
I'm a PC user based in the UK so playing on the EU server. My broadband is excellent (100Mb cable) and play every other online game without a single issue including BDO and EQ2.
I'm going to need to see something done about this ZOS or I'm afraid I'll have to cancel my sub. I am very disappointed to see how many threads there are about this issue and how far back they go so I'm not confident things will improve.
ZOS, if you need any specific info from me then please ask.

Xjcon✭✭✭✭✭Having connection issues since yesterday also. I've done several trace routes to Zenimaxonline.com and I get packet loss at the same spot every time. Not sure if that address means much but after I suffer a disconnect it won't let me reconnect after several tries.
I've experienced connection issues before but they cleared up the very next day. Is it possible that a place somewhere between me and ZOS has had a hardware failure causing my traffic to be very low priority?Briza Do'urdenx V16 Dunmer DK

I'm in a slightly different boat... After being dumped back to the login screen, I have zero problems logging back in.. It's like the server forgets I'm active and calls down the "inactivity" hammer to smack me...Wolfhammer - Templar serving the Alith guild on EU0 -

Oh well, I'll be home tonight after being away all week at work, so will log in with my fingers crossed..
There was a patch and maintenance earlier in the week so maybe that sorted it out..

Wolfhammer✭✭✭Well I feel it is appropriate to report that since the patch and maintenance last week I no longer get kicked every 19 mins..
I had a great uninterrupted 4 hour play session last night so I'm very happy..
