Chat Issues

Everyday since The Shadow of the Hist Update I've been unable to connect to any voice channels. Also for some reason my Quick Chat is turned off and I can't turn it back on (Dunno if the issues are connected or not) which is annoying since basically I have no way of communicating with my team or even my guild other then sending them mail in game or through xbox messaging.
