ZOS what is the problem with my account?

Yesterday played without problems and today can't login to the game says that the password is incorrect,please deal with this problem and tell me the results , I played without breaking the rules of the game and not using illegal software , you're blocking my access to the game and not even told me about it, and on what grounds, I am very angry and I suspect that this is done in order to allow people buying new accounts and you received money for it, I await your explanation .Playing on pc NA my id @Sumk1n

You might be hitting the wrong key with the password also the game server is down right now. Well on pc that is.PC NA

It would outright tell him if he got banned from what I know. I just think he is messing up his password when he types it by mistake. Or he accidently has capslock on or maybe even accidently deleted a letter in his username by mistake or added a captial letter to it. It won't work if you have caps in it.PC NA

No it wouldn't. I was banned for 3 days and it kept saying incorrect password.
I also didn't get an email until almost 15 hours later.

✭✭Its possible his game code is not valid, that has been the cause, of suspension until one applies a new legit one. Or something you did in game that got you banned. Maybe the name or trolling. But i am sure you can get it worked out.PC NA
