From being animation cancel-killed from an NPC, to adds all coming out at once. I still get the content done, but this crap is getting way too out of hand. Lol.

    I'm just starting to do the arena and had heard a bit about this, very disheartening when your trying to learn the mechanics.

    Gave up yesterday through quite a few deaths I couldn't explain or understand..

    Yeah, VMA can make some people even quit ESO entirely. But, you just gotta keep at it. And hope for the best. Believe it or not, a lot of the time deaths come from just bad RNG. A plant was somewhere where it shouldn't have been, or in the case above — adds just came in abundance. VMA is a place of RNG, from the time you've entered, to the time you open that final chest. It's all RNG.

    Well I tried vma for the first time yesterday. Died a few times due to the phantom platform. Managed it after about 4 attempts. Died to the phantom platform about a split second after the boss on my last go. My heart stopped for a moment thinking it wouldn't count.

    Well, I tried the last boss about 9 times and then gave up until later as I was pretty tired.

    Took me like 3 hours to get that far, which I'm pretty happy with for my first attempt.

    Just need to do that later. Hopefully fresh mind, morph a few skills I should do it :)

    Yep, you can have both argonian sorcs spawn on a poison bulb so whichever one you stand next to you gonna die, get DK chained into a blue ghost, double wrecking blow'd into some nasty ground aoe, have mobs spawn or walk in front of something you needed to interrupt, get snared at the wrong time by almost anything that hits you, not be able to break out of cc (WB, fear), have your character get stuck in heavy attack animation for 3 seconds, have skills just not work (liquid lightening, overload), and then the random wtf insta-deaths as demonstrated by your vids. That seems to happen more on the ice round than any other.

    Plenty of ways the game can screw you over. As you said you just got to keep at it. Interrupt everything (unless you have high dps), block all white sparks and don't stand in any red, that's easier said than done though, mainly because of snares. Some of the things that seem random when you first run it are actually predictable. Unfortunately having lower dps makes it harder; some waves of mobs are time-triggered so waves can overlap if you don't deal with them fast enough, some boss fights are straight up dps races and if your dps is high enough you can just skip tricky mechanics. So tanks have a rough time. Not sure how they could fix that.

    This round has so many bugs and delays it's unreal. I'm pretty sure ZoS decides if you are getting past a round or not lol xD

    One time I had the boss at 27% on last platform and then something like lag/delayed happened then I insta died.
    Game is a shambles . The content is not enjoyable even if there wasn't glitches etc

    There is a new bug in stage 3. After you kill the boss you get ivisible lighting and often die. It ruined me at least 1 flawles run.

    I heard about this, but thankfully never occurred it. Stages: 3, 5, 6, and 9 are usually the stages that have the most oddities and "WTF Moments" in them. Ironically enough, those are the 4 stages which tend to give people the most trouble (Stage 5 for me in particular).

    There is a clear attack from the atro in the 2nd video, crystal clear. Watch it again, see that giant right arm he clubs him with?

    It's not an instant kill from the atro anyway, the ranged enemies are hitting him at the same time the atro is.

    Played it through a few times last week and that's how round 5 was every time for me.

    I have had some what the bleep ever crap on 7. The poison shrooms exploding while you're on a stamina character and inside the shield is just total bull. Granted I'm nowhere near worried about perfect runs, my high score is ~400k, but zero ways my character could ever survive something is wrong.

    Another thing I've noticed abilities not working until 2 or 3 seconds after using them mainly vigor and bar swapping taking a couple of attempts to actually work .

    Is this the norm or is it just me ?

    I'm on PS4 and this is happening to me all the time.

    It's ruined many good runs for me.

    I'm on PS4 and this is happening to me all the time.

    Ye PS4 as well maybe I should of tried first with my main magic NB but fool as I am trying with my stam sorc.

    I wouldn't say it is the norm but it happens regularly enough for me on PC-NA. Strangely I seem to get much worse latency issues on my Mag-Sorc compared to my Magplar. Perhaps the weaving nature of combat on my Sorc makes latency issues more noticeable.

    Yes I got very pissed off when I couldn't swap bars. It's totally out with your control to complete it if you can't provide heals. I've also had it a few times where I cast with my staff and it holds in like a full heavy attack but by that time I've took heavy damage and it's sometimes difficult to recover with inc adds

    it's the norm.. drives me completely bonkers in PvP.. abilities just not registering. Especially when the ping response goes up.. think most PvP'ers are getting used to spamming their button 5-10 times just to get it to register at least once.

    Now, some of it is due to timing between skills and/or CCs, but imho the client should give feedback if you're trying to do a skill when you can't.
