How do we report players who are blocking quest progress? For a coup,e of days, no one can complete the quest The Grips of Madness because the player wes_the_kill has rubber banded his controller in the tower with the bear, so that he's just repeatedly killing it and no one can move forward.

Don't want to cause issues, but this has gone on the last four times I've gone over to complete the quest.
