Restarting Vet Maelstrom - Missing Portal?

Just finished VMA for the first time and I want to run it again for a shot at a different weapon, but the portal is missing!
I just finished it about 10 mins ago, so I didn't know if there was a certain amount of time you had to wait for it to reset. I've tried talking to all NPCs in the area, I'm not in a group, I've tried traveling to different wayshrines, and have also logged off.
Any insight would be appreciated.
EDIT: This is on PS4 NA
