    I think it's rather Seattle local time so PDT.
    It would make sense cause it would take place one hour later than usual.

    We shouldn't have to. ZOS should give EU players basic consideration and always give times in both US and GMT(BST) form. Costs nothing and achieves a lot in terms of customer satisfaction.

    So 12PM PDT is 8PM in London and 9PM in Paris.

    I am CEST however, not BST. And technically any player in any timezone could demand that ZOS types it for him...
    And, for the most part(maintenance announcements, etc.), ZOS does post times in two timezones.

    So let's not be too hard on them.

    I'm usually not hard on them but I reckon that this irks me no end.
    No, any player in any timezone could not demand that ZOS types it for him. There is a standard for time which is GMT(BST in summer) and everyone knows (or should know) how to translate their own zone from GMT(BST). I'm not BST either but when I see BST I can translate automatically for me. I cannot do that (and noone can) for each 24 time zones. So there's a standard, just use it ! ZOS proudly announces 7 million players all over the world, the game is a worlwide product, they should act as a true company with international audience and not a US-centric US company.

    For me, the translation from GMT varies depending on whether it is summetime or not (either one hour or two hours shift), so i'm just playing it safe and use that translator :)

    If I understand correctly, streaming starts at 12pm PDT (8pm London) with "Inside One Tamriel" (that's probably where we will know more about new features and weapon ultis and all), ESO Live is scheduled later at 2pm PDT (10pm London).

    The standard for time is UTC. ZOS should just use that and nothing else. With UTC, everyone would be able to convert to their own time, and ZOS don't get accused of favouring one time zone over another.

    UTC=GMT. Agreed.
