I'm not able to go to the character screen. When i click play a message pops up telling me that I need to update my Sony account. From the looks of it I think PSN servers are down right now so that may be why0 -

I don't know. I never use exploits or anything like that. Someone got banned for no reason so it could've happened to me also which is why i was thinking that i got banned.
