Cruel flurry enchantment buggy?

I use VMA dagger/axe and the enchantment doesn't seem to proc 100%. Does anyone else have this problem? I ran VMA again lastnite and multiple times my hands never lit up red after rapid strikes. My weapons enchantments were charged too so I'm confused.
My maelstrom inferno staff price immediately when I use the eleblockade. Dual wield isn't til after a full flurry goes off if at all

✭Nope, it works great. I use an addon buff tracker to see it proc, and it always works 100% of the time for me. I didn't even realize hands turning red was a visual queue for it 0.oEdited by s7732425ub17_ESO on September 1, 2016 4:45PM0 -

@susmitds possibly which is annoying...I flurry and see all the damage hit but no proc

✭✭You have to have all the ticks hit. Just look at your character when he/she does the double stab, that's the end of the animation and that indicates the proc for enchantment.0 -
SunBro✭✭@Kammakazi I figured. Lastnite even after seeing the final hit and the 10-12k damage # my hands still wouldn't light up and a follow up blood craze did regular damage0

✭✭I mean if you're using other abilities that put fx around your body/hands then you probably won't notice it.
This is especially true if you're a Stam Sorc (Hurricane, Critical Surge, Rearming Trap, Maelstrom Weapons Proc) you've got 4 fx going at the same time that it's kind of hard to see.1
