Unable to connect to guild chat

Hi, i am having trouble trying to connect to guild chat, it just refuses to join channel.
Trying to press A to connect but nothing?

Try to restart the game. Worked for me after the server hickups couple days ago.

had the same thing happen the last couple days to me, but not just guild chat- area chat and group chat too. You hit the button and it just does not do anything. Usually I have to shut the entire program down and restart everything at least twice to get it to work right. 4 times in the last 3 days
