I think Serana is right where you will find her, if you could go looking. The catch is that if you find her in ESO, will she be there when you go looking in Skyrim?

The magic system was far from weak in Morrowind, and it was easy to get around no regenerative magicka. I would take Morrowinds magic system over skyrim's any day, especially since Morrowind actually had spell variety and spell making, skyrim has very few different types in comparison.

A Sanguine quest where you wake up with a bounty and a whole lot of shenanigans ensue. That quest was pretty funny.

    I did WHAT?!?

Funniest moment ever... I had left skyrim for a while and then went back. Random argonian runs up to me saying "There you are you drunken barstid! I did it, I stole his funny hat, now pay me!"

In an instant, the game felt brand new to me again.

I'd say for me the one thing I'd like to see them pull from Skyrim is the notion of weapon combinations. I don't want anything super complicated, but this is probably the biggest 'miss' in the whole game. The other big 'miss' for me is the lack of classes, but that would be more bearable if the game put weapon combinations in.

Skyrim didn't HAVE classes, just a constellation system that dictated what kind of character you had (which became irrelevant when the level cap was removed).

I phrased that poorly, I liked the lack of classes in Skyrim. You made your character what it became, and the perks were part of the limitation.

And then they dropped the limits, making Skyrim the truly "Unlimited" game lol

I would like to see a return to classless characters with left hand, right hand, two-hand combat.
Less ability bloat, and more passives.

I do not like the ability bar/weapon swap being a necessity for viable Veteran Play.

I prefer to look at the world as opposed to looking at ability bars and health bars (healer) while I am playing.

Even after I got my own houses I liked to go back to Riften and dive off the dock for a morning swim while things were misty and catch a few fish, tease the bad guys on the island, just swim around. It was relaxing. And in Oblivion there was the good helmet, Fin Gleam, that could only be gotten by swimming down to find it off the Gold Coast near Anvil. There was also the Argonian master trainer who would only talk to you once you could stay under water long enough. In Morrowind, I preferred walking on the water though. I think the slaughterfish were meaner in Morrowind. Things in ESO are just so constrained, ya know?

I miss walking into a cave in Skyrim and being like "just a few minutes".... 3 hours later...

I would like to see more variety in caves and ruins.

I loved the Mehrunes' Razor quest, that was huge and a blast and really worth the time and effort.

As much as I enjoyed Skyrim I find this game is significantly more enjoyable. There isnt a single thing from Skyrim that I would migrate over. Oblivion on the other hand was a far richer game experience.

    I miss a lot:
To be able to join dark brotherhood with one character and Order of the Hour with another - to be able to play any role in the world I choose and to do quests related to it. In such world would be more of groups, less small problems to deal with. But I got used to it - that ESO looks so similar, but is quite far from Skyrim, more close to Oblivion than to Skyrim.
The same concept was in Morrowind too - you could join Hlaalu House and work for them to destroy Telvanni and then work for Redoran House - everything class based - the 3 archetypes - dexternity/strenght/magic based, and dealing with all kind of situations and quests typical for them.
There were not really many local problems to deal with otherwise (if I remember it right).
