✭✭✭✭✭Just south of the Rawl'kha, literally right on the river there's a new building. I was thinking it was going to be for housing. I didn't notice any pumpkins, I'm not very observant though.
The second thing I'm doing when i get home from work tonight is going and checking this out...
Has anyone seen a new building in EP lately so I can plan the third thing I'm doing when I get home from work tonight?

I did a double take when I found it last week, had to get somebody else from Lone Wolf to confirm it wasn't there before.0 -

Actually @Vigarr it's pretty much definitely for the Witches Festival event (that's a Tamriel festival that's been in Elder Scrolls lore for many years - I'm not sure which game first introduced it, but I'm pretty sure it was prior to Morrowind). We already know they're going fairly all out for that event, as they've already listed a whole bunch of achievements for it in-game, there's going to be a limited time motif you can collect during it etc. They've also said it's going to be an annual event rather than a one-time thing.thanks for the tag @Robbmrp
It seems like something for Halloween but I doubt they would go all out just for a Halloween event.

@nurrtibub16_ESO Thanks for finding it! @UrQuan with the locations of the other two being faction starting(I believe) areas, I figured the AD one was in Auridon but didn't get a chance to look for it.
