The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. That it is.

But Skyrim is a pretty good game too, even if it was kind of dumbed down for a TES game.

Although I must say that Oblivion was the one that have my favourite quests of all TES games. I especially loved the guilds' quest lines in Oblivion.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Yeah oblivion definitely did have some pretty cool quests, but Morrowind still tops them all for me. The atmosphere and everything about it really just set it apart from the other ones.

They say that dragons would be anti-lore, but the fact that dragons could travel through time makes it totally possible. I think that the true reason for them not being here, is that the engine can't handle it.

You don't confuse time traveling dragons with Alduin who was time banished.?

    What would you bring?

    I'd bring:
    - Less lag.
    - The beautiful crafted style appearances. Because to be honest, I feel: Daedric, Glass, and Elven armor looks vastly superior in Skyrim.
    - Dragons and dragon priest masks. I'd love to be walking around a CP160 area, and see 20+ people fighting a dragon that swooped down. That'd be amazing. While the dragon priest masks would be unique 1pcs. sets, that could provide a sense of balance and versatility to builds.

I agree with you, but dragons were not present in this era, (there was forum thread about them earlier, someone replied that).

But there are the titans, which are like daedric dragons, so yes, more titan bosses!!! I love the one by the Unfinished Dolmen in Wrothgar or the last boss in VET Elden Hollow pledge :)!!

edit: and especially the Daedric armor is totally bad, compared to how cool it looked in Skyrim

This game is mmo though I think they can and should make the story line more interesting, skyrim rlly pulled me into his world.
Although skyrim combat system was very simple it had logic....light armor gave u mobility, and they solved the lack of armor rating very simple(stonefleshspell x3 armor rating if u wore full light armor).

Here is why your idea might not happen at all.So eso and skyrim are in completly diffrent time lines, you asked for dragons which did not exist in the era of eso.On the other hand having some improvments in the daedric, glass and elven armour I never agreed on something more than this and ofcourse the lag should be fixed however dont expect dragons in eso.

Ps:you already had the dragon preist costume on the crown store, correct if Im wrong.

I'd bring the more immersive environment and storyline. Not sure what it is about this game but I just don't feel it. Skyrim was something I got really into in terms of the characters, story. This game I tried but for many months I just skip all dialogue.

This game has more to do - pvp, trails, 4 man dungeons etc but in terms of the story lines and which had me hooked, skyrim by a long shot.

    +1

This is to date what I really don't like about ESO and it's something I reported back during the beta testing. For me it's the way quests are handed to you that feels so generic. I can't help it but just click through all of those dialogues. ESO is a great game but it's not for the storytelling.....

    Magic System.
Even without modes, the magic system of Skyrim was much more indepth than what ESO has.
Conjuration puts the Daedric Summoning Tree to shame. Bound weapons were my favorite type of weapon to use.
Destruction was actually mildly useful. AoE Fireballs, Blizzards, Chain Lightnings, puts the destro staff to shame. I'd have taken any of those skills over Impulse or Destructive touch.

The Ultimate for Destro staff better be amazing.

I don't know how many people have picked up on this, but the ESO development team are the same people whose last TES game was TES:Oblivion. That is why this game feels so much like an MMO'd version of Oblivion. The people behind the games that followed are a completely separate team of people.

I'd say for me the one thing I'd like to see them pull from Skyrim is the notion of weapon combinations. I don't want anything super complicated, but this is probably the biggest 'miss' in the whole game. The other big 'miss' for me is the lack of classes, but that would be more bearable if the game put weapon combinations in.

Skyrim didn't HAVE classes, just a constellation system that dictated what kind of character you had (which became irrelevant when the level cap was removed).

I phrased that poorly, I liked the lack of classes in Skyrim. You made your character what it became, and the perks were part of the limitation.
