TBS with Thief/Ritual or Thief/Shadow would put out higher healing than Kagrenac's would, but would lack a bit of regen and the resurrection proc. You know better than I do whether that proc is something you'd miss.

You should seek out more support sets, though. Spellpower Cure for most anything is appreciated, Transmutation is a good idea in Cyrodiil, etc etc.
