Is minor slayer/aegis still broken?

    Just what is broken?
    Doesn't it work or what?
    I can state at least Slayer gives a DPS advantage in dungeons.

    On consoles minor slayer and aegis doesn't work.

    If you play on Xbox and Ps4 yes yes it is.
