Alliance Health Draught Knockback Time 0.1 sec?!?

The tooltip of the alliance health pots is down to 0.1 sec from 12 and so also does not grant the unstoppable buff. Is this intentional since this patch or is it a bug?

✭This has been brought up a time or two recently. You're best option is to craft the immovable potions for right now.
They've acknowledged their item department is looking into this, I believe.1 -
