I remember VE deciding to go to their EP toons and Zerg the entire map in some sort of selfish pride then get in the forums and condescending tell the rest of DC how great they were and how much DC needed them and the rest of the faction sucked
That thread was made by VE GM that made ALOT of DC angry...many who had no part in the VE vs CN feud completely turned against you after that. You guys made your own bed...I tried on occasion to just tell folks to just forget it and ignore it...who cares what CN had to say...the best have nothing to prove to anyone
Had VE simply ignored CN and not done that it would have been water under the bridge.
At the end of the day the faction loyalty stuff is nonsense but why folks fan the flames or making each other mad is just beyond me, just block them and move on...I'll never understand it:
I have never had any issues with any guilds in the game I just play to have fun and will do whatever to help. Why can't we all just get along instead of pointing fingers...both sides were equal to blame just forget about it and move forward
Man that night was an ESO highlight ! And Daniel challenged us so hey. In addition, Bulb and I contacted many DC guild leads to tell them what was going on so they could avoid that server for one night.
Accusations of us "making our own bed" would be taken to heart if not for the fact that hostility was there beforehand. It didn't suddenly arrive post-CN getting smashed off the map.
So you encouraged DC to not assist a DC guild, thereby weakening DC further, so you could get your egos stroked for one night? Don't stop, I am thoroughly impressed now.
A more charitable read might include that we knew many would not like what we were doing, so we took the time to explain it and give them the heads up that there was going to be an absolute shitshow.
But sure, another guild lead challenging us both in zone and GM to GM was totally just us ego stroking, etc. Daniel just kinda let Alma drag him into a fight he couldn't win, and the result was our fondest memories of him. So it didn't go all bad eh?

Frankly, I would rather run in a guild of nice losers than arrogant, egotistical, snooty winners. I don't really care about your e-peen battle with Daniel. My only point ever was Daniel is a class act, a very nice guy and never once treated anyone with the lack to respect and downright nastiness some of your friends have. He may not have been the "best player Na" but he really was a very nice guy and it only makes you look like the one who isn't over the whole squabble with him when you bring him up constantly to ridicule and kick him around. He's clearly moved on and is enjoying another game. Time for you to do the same.

Well, DC has failed to win TF since he left.
As with Pact Militia of the last few months, I differentiate between overwhelming a campaign with numbers and anticompetitive play and "dominating the competition". That's just me tho! Some do not make such distinctions.
Kinda like what Havoc and EP did with TB? I've yet to see you call them out for ep's anticompetitive behavior on TB that went on for months on end.
You mean the entire reason VE rerolled to Blue in the first place? Because EP TB was glutted with guilds making for uncompetitive servers and generally unhappiness all around? Pls learn ESO history, @HoloYoitsu offers free night classes 3x a week.
To think I convinced Bulb to roll DC at last second instead of AD, in retrospect what was I thinkinggggggg
You rerolled to help balance. It was commendable. I've never seen you belittle Hektik like you have Daniel. I've never seen you call out specific Ep and Ad leaders as much as you do Daniel. And the man is gone. And you're still getting your jabs in when he isn't even around to defend himself. And you and your Ep buddies were never dedicated to DC. You had a passing affair and now it's over.
Excuse me? We spent 11 months on DC (Jul 2015 - May 2016), that's actually longer than we ran anything resembling full raids on EP. Not to mention, by the end over half our roster was native DC players, so I don't get what the point of trying to bring up faction loyalty is?
We are adults here, at least I hope so. So let's be honest. Ve EP didn't reroll DC out of some faction loyalty of love for the faction. You did it because TB resulted in a red buff server and you all had nobody to kill. You were starving for ap. And I can say there has always been accusations that you guys did it to swipe some of the best DC players and then you took them over to Ad where some have stayed. Idk if that was the intention, don't even know if it's important.. but lots of DC I know resent you guys for that.
We were just as harsh towards Nikolai as we were towards Daniel, he just didn't take it as a personal attack. And yes, our YEAR on DC was just to pick up some of the best DC to go to AD for ONE campaign. We never claimed to reroll for some kind of faction loyalty, if faction loyalty was a thing we would have never left EP. We wanted competitive campaigns and good fights and we reached a point where we were hitting every server on a nightly basis looking for fights, we realized competitive campaigns were not going to happen with Havoc/VE/Nexus on the same faction. To be honest, I find the whole idea of faction loyalty in a game to be really strange. We never made any claims that our reroll was something it wasn't, during one of her tirades about us in zone i told Lil Shity straight to her face that I was not at any point in time loyal to DC, I am loyal to Vehemence.
Gods, I hope we don't change the guild name at some point that's gonna suck for you.
I am loyal to _(Asthma).

Yeah no I'm sorry, Daniel and Brandon are ESO legends I will not let their memory fade! It would be disrespectful
And I can't move on yet, there's still Drunk Friday Raids!

You know, I get so sick of all the elitist, snobby snipes and threads like this. Many people play this game to have FUN. They don't play to inflate their own ego and to promote t-shirts and 24/7 streaming/twitching and to form adoring fan bases.
Daniel is a very decent guy with a good heart. He did a horrible, headache inducing, stress raising task to try to help his faction and IMO he did a darn good job. He wrangled people looking for groups and he politely and patiently taught them what to do. Since he left DC has yet to win a campaign. Brandon, for all his faults also put a lot of time and effort into wrangling together groups and trying to teach people the basics and get them excited about pvp. What's next? You going to ridicule Saramis? Bones? You guys already heckle and laugh at Shadowgrabber behind his back. I don't see the same amount of ridicule ever being slung from people like you in the direction of EP and Ad players who form groups and try to help their faction. Maybe Nikolai the Nord but even him you go easy on. Why do you always reserve your snark for DC leaders?
Because Daniel was blatently stacking 100+ on objectives in order to win the only way they could....no one is really counting those DC campaign wins as real wins outside of DC since it was impossible to take or defend anything from them with the amount of lag he created

Bullcrap. Just stop with the exaggerations. Dan NEVER EVER ran groups that large. EVER. Daniel and I used to co-op NPK and sure on weekend nights we could pull together sometimes two full raids. We rarely brought both raids anywhere unless it seemed the enemy also had those numbers. Daniel was a very popular DC personality. Other players and groups would follow where he went. He was kind and forgiving and gracious and very, very polite. He was the yin to my yang and I actually miss him. It sickens me that a lot of you elitist princes and princesses heckled and basically did nothing but throw stones at him for months on end while he tried to help his faction win a campaign or two. Is DC EVER allowed to win a competitive campaign?
I'd take 8 VE over a full raid of 24 CN any day ... As long as bulb has his ult regen build ;/)
