✭✭✭✭✭Yes they drop on normal for the new dungeons. Normal drop rate seems to be about 10%. Vet drop rate on the new dungeons is 100%. I'm speculating that all dungeons will be this way once One Tamriel hits, but that's just a guess.0 -

Its not 100%, i ran 2 times Vet Shadow of Craddle and found no helm.
