orsinium textures bugging out on console

I'm sure this has been stated before...but the textures on buildings/land in Orsinium seems to bug out or not load in, and stuff looks like it has the texture quality from a 90's game. It looks really bad, and its very consistent...it's pretty much always at least somewhere in Orsinium when i go through there.

They seem to have resolved the crashing problems now but I noticed it was at the expense of textures.
