What is your favorite Pact zone?

defunct122216
If you have played all the Pact zones, which of those was your favorite. Personally, mine was actually Shadowfen, despite heavy opposition. I liked the swampy feel and meeting the Argonians was pretty cool. I do admit, though, finding quests isn't very easy...

Been to all of them, but Bal Foyen is my favorite. The scenery there is quite nice, especially around sunset in my opinion, and I like argonians too
Beware the battle cattle, but don't *fear* the battle cattle!

Stonefalls. It has some quests I like, and it looks pretty amazing.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

    @tigerofserbia

First off, welcome to the forums! I guarantee you will find some very helpful and "entertaining" people around here ;)

We can get a bit heated at times...but all in all it's a darned good crowd.

To answer your question, I actually have found all of the zones I've traveled to in ESO to be quite enjoyable in their own unique ways.

But I've always loved the snow, and thus Eatstmarch is always been my favorite EP zone.

Getting off of that boat makes me feel like I've come home every time I've hit that zone on one of my characters :)

Shadowfen because it's new to me (since, well, TES3 and 5 were a thing) and is the land of my favorite race, but The Rift is comfy as hell and reminds me of New England. Well... New England doesn't have as many undead uprisings. But we have witches so meh, close enough.

Stonefalls, however, deserves mention for being such a striking zone. I'd go there way more often to appreciate the volcanoes and the fauna if it weren't for the vitriol you see in zone chat. (I like listening in on /zone as I feel it adds character to the area, but when you zone in to "[slur] aren't people"... yeeeeah.)

I think Shadowfen is a marvelous zone -- it's designed to really feel like an oppressive swamp, which it should, and it has some of the most interesting quests in the Pact.

But if I'm just talking about the zone itself, and not the quests, I have to go with Stonefalls. I like to find a nice, tall place to watch the ash go by and reminisce about the old homestead at Uvirith's Grave.

I don't like any PvE zones except Orsinium. I feel like majority of PvE zones are infested with NPC's and enemies everywhere. It's a big clustrofck. I like Cyro a lot more because it's more open and feels more natural. I don't run into monsters every 10ft.

    Hard call for me really.

I like Shadowfen because it feels natural; An oppressive swamp with all manner of creatures and danger everywhere you go, just what I'd expect from Black Marsh.

I also like the Rift because it's one of the nicer looking areas of the game, without being overbearing in it's design. It might feel generic but that's better than the overbearing feeling of being in a forest for zone after zone after zone (I'M LOOKING AT YOU AD ZONES!!!!)

Argonian bias trumps all though so Shadowfen lol.

I went with Bal Foyen because the landscape is similar to Stonefalls, which is gorgeous, but the Alliance story quest in Stonefalls is head-to-keyboard idiotic.
