Dose the Brenton passive, Templar passive and cp tree of reduce the cost of magika by X% stack?

So if the Brenton passive gives a reduce cost of 10%

Templar passive gives a reduce cost of 4%

and i put points into the champion tree that reduces the cost of magika will i not benifit until i get over the 10%

    They stuck multiplicatively.

Actually, it is a bit more complicated. I noticed some of them, like the VO or Seducer cost reduction seems to stack additively.
