Idea for claiming keeps.

I understand there's been discussion about limiting the claiming of keeps to legitimate guilds with so many members etc. How about an adopt-a-highway program? Where if a guild fails to perform regular upgrade maintenance to the claimed keep, it could lose the support of that keep, if you will? This would give guilds a vested interest in maintaining claimed keeps.

Only if it gives the claiming guild's members a daily quest to pick up litter around the keep walls

At least not until claiming keeps has significance.

Edit: but both of these things should be last priority for ZOS. Balance the game first.
