Is there a add-on or somewhere where the brightness can subdued? A add-on that changes brightness w/ detection lvl would be great.

Yes, Target Reticle add on. Very customizable.

Do these add one change the color of air skills? Like endless hail etc?? The yellow color ring seems to disappear in the bright light a lot and it can get rather annoying
