A director would never have the authority to make operational decisions at that level. To ask him something he could not possibly know is useless. He gets told what to do by his superiors. Even his boss is not an executive. In reality only an executive could possibly make those decisions or answer those questions and they would be looking and profit and loss statements, shareholder value, and a number of other variables etc each quarter to make those decisions. I assure you having been in a director position.... forum posters (the voice of the customer) often is sadly not considered or poorly considered.Sorcerna, proud beta sorc. ✭TBH he does not speak on behalf of the company and is not in charge of PR. He probably could not say anything... even if he wanted to. Also why would he when we will throw it in his face when he gets told to do something he knows will be controversial. I cannot wait until you guys get a job and learn how organizations work. if he does ever say anything i am betting there would be at least 7 people in his chain of command that would need to sign off on a statement.
