Major Evasion, it isn't OP...just needs one tweak.

Honestly, all my crap said about Major Evasion is wrong. It isn't an OP ability. But there is ONE THING wrong with it.
I say if someone is CC'ed, this should deactivate it. If you're on the ground stunned, or in one of my crystal prisons, you aren't dodging anything.

✭I think a big problem with it the fact that due to the animation window, you can dodge and infinite amount of attacks withen a short period after the initial proc. Wich makes it seem like the 20% proc chance is more like 90% especially if you are animation canceling attacks.1 -

Disableing the evasion while cc, will grant some opportunity to unleash your burst, but not too much since the cc doesnt usally last long, less than a second most times. Bad_Company✭✭✭✭You people amuse me. You always fail to put definite boundaries between PVP and PVE.
For example, Major Evasion is an awesome tool for any PVE tank trying to aggro the most adds he can. Dodging a chunk of damage away keeps him alive through the fight.
Also, in PVP you can use it as well. You can use shields. This is not a click-to-win game, where all your attacks have to land on the target or you go boo-hoo mode. Jar_Ek✭✭✭✭✭The OP has a decent idea, I would change it so that whilst you are CCd then you gain no benefit from the buff rather than cancel the long buff, but it allows for a short burst window vs an evading target. Seems reasonable enough to me as it is possible to actively remove CCs on yourself.1
