BEST way to get full set of Vicecannon?

Hey all. I recently decided to try out Vicecannon on my Bow NB. Having a ton of Tel Var stones I think: easy! I know you can't buy specific pieces, but all Tel Var sets come in Impen already so I'll be set. Wrong.
I open 5 lockboxes to start things off: 1 Training Shoulder, 1 Prosperous Helm, 1 Healthy Ring, 1 Well-fitted Helm, 1 Infused Helm.
So my question...Is there/will be a way to get a decent set of the lockbox tel var gear besides dropping ungodly amounts of stones for that LAST piece?
