Bad idea. Shoulder will be separated by categories in the next update. We will have several chests who contain only a few shoulders, so you'll be able to greatly reduce the rng part if you look for a particular set. We already know that we'll have a "dlc" chest with only Kena, Warden, Hat Moja and Velindreth, for example.

100% drop rate on monster headpieces, shoulders divided into chests with different groups of dungeons per chest, so you're not dipping into the full RNG pool for your shoulder.

Yes, it is SEVENTEEN new monster sets. Every single dungeon now has a normal and veteran version.
You can do three Undaunted pledges per day which means (if you do the hard mode for each) six keys every single day and six helms. However, the chests you open are SEPARATE. Basically if you want a Molag Kena shoulder, you only open the "DLC" chest with your keys and only DLC monster shoulders drop out of that chest. This allows you to focus on the particular set you want a bit more.

@RoyJade source?
Separating the shoulders into different chests is definitely the only thing that makes sense (RNG-ing with 30 sets would be crazy), so I hope you're right.
So are they adding the helms to the chests too or not? I want my Kena helm already... And didn't they say that helms will be 100% drop?
As far as we know there will be new system with 1 key for all chests. Bronze/silver/gold keys in your inventory will be revamped into 1 type (so, more keys you have, the better). Bronze/silver/gold chests will be redesigned into chests with old gear, dlc dear, new gear.

Is this confirmed ? Is it worth gathering keys now or will we be forced to spend them now, otherwise we loose all ?
I don't want to spend 1 hour daily with pugs in a dungeon, just to loose my keys then.
