have ever wondered why sometimes people cant break fears? why your char slides when you get WB? do you know how long that has been happening? and only one person from zos has been on my stream to watch PVE content for testing not PVP or general streaming. I am not mad, did you forget I never get angry because I cant, and I am just laughing at the things that your are pointing out, pvp more learn more about the game, get to my LEVEL! then try to create a discussion with me otherwise I am done with this kids crap.

@izzakhalil Sometimes not being able to break fear, is a lot different than telling people to heavy attack and throw a javelin, so that "cheese" builds can't get up. ZOS hasn't noticed you streaming, yet you just said they watched you, makes sense.

@SleepyTroll You should really understand the way this game works. Do you understand that when you get crowd controlled in Elder scrolls online, at the "End" of the crowd control you become Immune to crowd controlling effects. Now I worded this very particularly in a way you can understand. So, taking into account what I just stated, when you get "CC'd" and you don't break free, and the duration of the "CC" does not end. And you are hit with another "CC" skill. You will then in turn be double "CC'd", do you understand why this is? Because you were never given Invulnerability to the skills, because a) The duration of the crowd control did not finish. And b) because you did not break free, granting yourself invulnerability. Now saying a player should be banned because of the core mechanics of the game, is ridiculous and you should probably rethink your statement. And also, this whole thread about you accusing someone you can't justifiably tell me actually bought an account, or broke Terms of Service, is just a way for you to justify any actions on disliking the individual you were calling out under the radar. So I disagree with this whole thread, and the pissing match you are trying to have with Essa is bad. But I guess that's why your name is "SleepyTroll". Also this privileged idea you have about streamers, what about Zergbad? He has lots of viewers on his stream but he got banned 2 times, how is that privileged. And also you state that people can't conduct themselves like mature adults. However, this thread is a post about you being jealous over your assumption that another player has purchased an account that you can't even say for sure that they purchased. And because you already reported the player you assumed has been breaking the rules, you brought it to the forums to let others know. That my friend is petty, and childish all in one.

@Vulsin Dam, you have no idea what you're talking about lol If you heavy attack and then throw a javelin it prevents the player on the receiving end from being able to cc break. I didn't read the rest of your post. Sorry you spent all that time typing that giant wall though.

If you dont break-free and you let the cc duration end, you still get cc immunity.
If you are stunned, you are not supposed to be stunned again during the duration of the original stun.
"double stunning" is not game mechanics, it is unintended.
Pretty sure if @Wrobel would come in here he could back me up.

@Cold91 The game isn't coded that way, so for saying it's not game mechanics, that's technically wrong. It is game mechanics, whether the mechanics of the game were intended to be that way I could not tell you, I am not a developer of the game unfortunately, but for what I do know. That is how the mechanics work currently, and I am explaining how they work as of right now. But it would be nice to know if that is intended or not, and I did say that you get CC invulnerability when the duration ends by the way.

I have probably buried you 1000 of times in cyrodil and for @Vulsin he is a stamplar that plays the same exact build. Go practice it with your buddies, produce that "exploit" then make a new thread about it and tag me in it please. Tomorrow ill say if you hit alt+f4 you will get 1m gold and you will probably make a thread about it, stop believing in the internet, test and verify things before you create threads

What you are explaining, is a justification for exploiting a known bug. Calling it game mechanics, doesn't change the fact thats its unintended. Acting like you don't know if its intended or not is just creating deniability in the case a dev has to come out an say, its a unintended bug.

This thread has quickly turned into defending exploits. Abusing a bug in a way that is detrimental to others or advantageous to yourself is an exploit. I'm out, this thread is to ridiculous for me.

Don't know if you played back in the day.Almost forget 1 year similar threads were out there, becuz of jabs knockback and people called it an exploit. But nobody cares about reverbs/ draining shot spam that double ccs all the time.

It's all coded into the game for a reason, do you understand why break-free was added to give invulnerability? Because they realized that the crowd controls could stack, go to a resource in Cyrodiil, I bet you $20 the mage guards will put you in a quadruple CC, the NPC's of the game are exploiting? Are you kidding me lmao, use your brain please people. There's no way you could be this simple minded, and need the game to be dumb down that much for you. It's honestly not that difficult of a concept to understand. Use immovable pots if you have to, hell even use immovable its a skill they put in the game under the heavy armor skill tree. Try my best to answer to both of you. Yes vulsin it is in the code to be multiple cc'ed. Players are not ment to do it to each other. I'll use the skills izza posted as examples an proof as to zos not intending players to "double cc" other players. Biting jabs had a knock back that was immediatley applied and could be chained indefinitley. Zos turned the knock back into a snare.
reverb bash could do the same thing with a stun, zos nerfed it to the ground.
Izza is right that i've not heard much about draining shot yet, but i have about almost every other cc. give draining shot time.
To conclude, zos has shown by action that players are not intended to apply multiple stuns at once on other players. @vulsin do not call me simple minded or in any other way imply i'm stupid.
I said it before, i'm saying it again. I'm done with this thread, to many people trying to defend there current favorite bug.
