Lack of response from Zos in the forums

I have seen many issues, brought forth by the community, ignored by the ZOS representitives who are tagged and supposedly responsible for public reply. For instance the maitenance / trader bid overlap that is a real quality of life issue for many people who runs guilds on the NA server. If they cant even talk to us about these issues here on the forums as intended, why would we just not all start filling out in game tickets? 500 support tickets incoming from my guild. Does it really need to come to that to get some sort of communication? Does it take people to cancel their subs and stop spending crowns while still taking up server time? Really, what does it take?

The apparent lack of concern on Zeni's part for a good while had been astounding. Things haven't been looking good recently, and I seriously doubt there will be much improvement, this is why I cancelled my sub and stopped playing. But hey, maybe Zeni just forgot that subscribers are where a bulk of their income for this game comes from. *shrugs*

we all doubt of their improvements.. the game is becoming worser at every maintence.
if the lag spikes not stop in 2 days im done.. i'll cancel my subs too.
they wanna put a new update HUGE in october to duels in major cityes but dont handle the things that already have..

I'm not in a trading guild, although I'd like to, I also can't even pass the first stage of vMSA. . .

I'm also a subscriber since the game released on Xbox, and I purchase cosmetic items from the crown store.

There are many like me.

The guild store, among others, as an issue needs to have solutions that benefit the mass of players, not just the minority.

My thought it that ZOS intended on much more guild store turnover and this isn't bothering them in the least.

Or it is, and changing it could cause other issues in the game we don't know about

The game is so broken tonight . Massive random lag spikes making things terrible and disconnected al the time . About to go play another game this keeps up .

After pretty much only playing MMOs for a good while and dealing with lag and bugginess, I have evidently re-discovered my love for single player games. Currently playing through the Mass Effect trilogy, and there isn't any lag or completely broken features to be seen for miles :P

ZOS have acknowledged they are aware of lag issues plague the servers. Not sure what the plan is or what their investigation has uncovered as yet but at least they have said they are aware and are looking into it.

Two, actually. The first one, which has nearly 2k posts. And one that has no, "*** off, I'm not touching those things," option so at first glance the poll looks like it's in favor... until you notice almost no one in the thread has voted.

Anything else? Especially one that would show just how unpopular this is? Yeah, those get deep sixed on the spot.

Yeah that's what I was getting at earlier. But hey, apparently Zeni is censoring us because they dont want us to know that we aren't happy.. Ehh?? We don't really need a poll to show that only like 8 1/2 people support lockboxes, and yet they keep doing stuff like this anyway.

After hours and hours of testing and experiments, I have finally come to a conclusion: Zeni has gone crazy and is breaking their game on purpose, possibly to see how many people would still pay for a subscription even though the game is unplayable. There is no other explanation for how much crap could happen with a single game.

Broken GF - check

Lag - check

Maintenance that breaks things instead of fixing them - check

Those are just a few
