Group Finder Tool Hopeless @ PS4

Yes, this tool is totally hopeless and ZOS is not taking seriously.
New dungeons are released, wow..but than what to do, oh lets find a group and you are screwed for hours.
I am trying Guilds or Chat to get dungeon but its so lame keep saying looking for Group..
This tool is not newly broken, since Dark Brotherhood patch it was not working properly. Taking Hours to found group but after SOH patch its not even working..
I am keep grinding in hope to get a group meanwhile but no this tool is hopeless. Common I am 630 CP, did most of PVE and PVP contents and want to take a break from PVP. SO kindly allow me to make few SOH dungeon runs!
ZOS should think seriously about developer who developed this tool and tester who passed it. One of ESO important function is broken for so long and after months no improvements.
Not sure which players are able to found groups successfully. I am software Engineer and working on many difficult finance applications projects but seriously never saw any Developer/Coder or tester like this one.
I do not know if i will be able to do this dungeon via group finder ever!
My request to @ZOS_GinaBruno is to restore old code of group finder that was released with Thieve Guild at least my Healer and Tank was getting group very faster but now its not even working for Healer and Tanks.

✭✭✭Yes, the old issue is back:
Too many players and the group finder is dead.
All you can do is playing in the early morning.
At 4am I was able to find a group at once.
At 10am the group finder already was dead.2 -

JKith✭✭✭Group Finder worked PERFECTLY for me today!... Here's hoping it wasn't a glitch.
I queued up... and within 45sec I was in a dungeon. (like the good ol' days.) I grouped up with someone and didn't have to relog,.. I saw him perfectly and then we went off grinding...
I really hope today's patch fixed it!0 -

I have two healers, and one gets in straight away. The other one cant even queue for dungeon.

✭Lately it has been making me furious. On the off chance it finds a group roughly half the times immediately after finding a group it says that someone has disbanded the group and it hits me with a 15 minute time out.
I wait for quite a while sometime over an hour and when it finds a group I get disbanded and now have to wait 15 minutes before I can get in line to wait some more.
How can they think releasing a dlc made entirely out of 2 dungeons and not have a fully functioning group finder could possibly be a good thing.0
