Molag Kena Shoulder Floating Visual Bug [XB1]

I did a search for this, but nothing came up in my search results that involved this visual bug.

Did this bug get introduced with the recent DLC or has this been around longer (I took a a break from ESO right when TG dropped and the visuals on this piece were fine then).

If this is a known bug, have we received any word on a potential fix coming?

The floating shoulders have been around for at least a few months. The worst imo is akaviri shoulders, but it seems almost all of my shoulder pieces float in varying amounts. I'll try to post some pics when I get a chance.

@ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can we can an update on this? I hate wearing costumes, but this is such an eye sore that I've been using one since my return. Needless to say, I took a 5 month break, thinking that would be ample time for devs to fix a lot of these bugs. Boy was I wrong. Seems like more were introduced than fixed....

Ahh you beat me to linking my own thread! I really should update that at some point, I've found a few more gravity-defying shoulder pieces in my travels. Feel free to add any more you've found!

I'm definitely not a fan of the floating shoulders! In particular the shawl on the Mages Guild Formal Robes, I used to wear those all the time on my main but now they cut his hair and it drives me nuts! Such a minor detail I know, but when you're seeing the back of your characters' head all the time it's annoying to watch it clipping underneath your clothing - especially because it didn't do that when I first purchased it. Just going to post my comparison of that one again because I'd love it if I could get an anti-haircut on what used to be my favourite outfit for him!

Here's hoping they get looked at

@ListerJMC Thank you for hopping in linking the pics! Oddly enough, the first thing I noticed when I logged back in after such a long break (on the character screen)....not the mount in the back, not the new token items listed at the top left. No. The damn shoulder pieces floating above my shoulders!

That was the second thing I noticed after noticing that my poor elf's ears were missing (you can see their absence in those screenshots), but that bug got fixed thankfully! Hopefully the shoulders get fixed, too.

I hope you get an answer to this, it is after 11AM EST and they should be out of donuts by now and probably getting ready to go to their free lunch room for snacks and juice boxes.....

I don't think they have time to spare one minute to "acknowledge" or "communicate" addressing this (even with a "we are looking into it")

This issue has been around a fair while although I am not sure if it is new to XB1.

I posted this image during the Thieves' Guild PTS testing which if I recall was in February time. A few words on it as far as I can recall that it is being looked into but still not fixed.

The fact that this is how it was on PTS and still made it's way to live is of no surprise to me. The ZOS priorities are clearly with creating troll breeding threads, such as "Crown Crates".

I have made two threads about this and its still not fixed. But hey they have the balls to tell people who purchased orsinium not to go there because their character will get stuck. Why would they care about thos annoying bug

No wait only like 1% of players can complete the elite WGT simce its been nerfed why would they fix it before minor slayer on consoles that us less than 1% of people have so we have to wait for a incremental patch with no eta

Why do they have a PTS if they do not use it to properly correct issues.

To me, that is the real question.

(besides the question of having the "Communications" team actually communicate or renaming it the "We'll tell you after it happens" team)

Whoops I forgot to update my thread... That's a really good comparison @Paulington I'm assuming they did it because it must have been clipping? Unfortunately I never had a Kena shoulder before they started floating to say if it was a clipping issue they were trying to fix.
