I read that the hem jas set is only proccing if you're doing the killing blow? Or how is the set working?
I did not see the vid with sound because I have to work, maybe you already explained it

Imho your DBoS tooltip comparison is symptomatic for most build videos. Want to figure out what the set does? Better pop an alchemist pot as well! That said, I think the build is quite cool and so is the set. Still, stuff like that is really annoying and also misleading all the noobs that get their builds from youtube (just like all those walking freekills that made vids of the few fights where they actually performed well).
Wicked build. Shame its PVP.
Looks awesome but I doubt it's viable in solo PvP unless you're fighting the worst of the worst. These two five piece set bonuses are good for blowing up groups while you have friends backing you up, but the second you fight someone decent solo, for 66% of the time you're losing both five piece bonuses.

Not really, going from my other build which I played for months to this one im only dropping about 129 wep dmg, still maintain 5k wep dmg, high regen and same amount of stamina thn a chance to get 25% dmg. Also intead of having low regen and having my dependence on engine gaurdian I can sustain with this better than with the other build. For the last week, I ve ran this build solo multiple times and still had good results, dueled decent people and won even though I wouldnt use this for duels, all you gotta do is believe things happen live on stream!

I'm confused by this paragraph. It seems you're implying that your old build had worse regen and only 129 weapon dmg more than your current build without the alchemist proc. I don't see how that's possible considering your current build only has 1 stam regen set bonus and only 1 standard weapon dmg set bonus. I guess I don't know what your old build was. Can't rewatch the video right now at work but you really maintain 5k weapon dmg without alchemist proc? Any wins you've had while solo with this build is a product of you being a better player, getting lucky by not running into a small group like your's as opponents, or relying on 15 second windows of DPS and fragile/weak players or engine guardian procs to get your berserk.
I have no doubt that you have success while running this solo, but calling this a solo build is a little off IMO. Great and unique build though for many play styles.

If Heem-Jas' procs on allies closest to an enemy that dies (assuming the wearer has hit that enemy) do you think this would be effective to use on ranged stam build? I'm thinking of a NB with a bow tagging enemies being engaged by melee DPS.

That sounds like the last thing we need in Cyrodiil right now.

My friends could get the buff on the gaurds sitting on top of towers at resources by using beams and sometimes they get the buff without me tagging the enemies just being around.

Well that's just kooky....any idea if something like...say...endless hail would proc this? Essentially major berserking the hell out of practically every DPS in the fray?

Also, major mending matches major berserk. One gives 25% to healing, the other to dmg.
Also most builds forget to include overall dmg reduction into their builds (some classes give minor protection away like Templars for restoring focus).
Good video!

This build is able to produce incredible dps against multiple players specially, if you learn how to you use it the right way. I will be attaching a video of this build that showcases the build in solo/group play and I try to give tips and reasoning behind everything I do with the build. I hope you guys enjoy it !https://youtu.be/hMu5Riq2d5Y
