Should the second level of Elden Root be mountable?

Should The second level floor of Elden Root, Grahtwood be where we can ride mounts? I find it really really annoying that we can't, and it doesn't seem to serve any real purpose, but to waste time. So, what do you think? I mean if it's anything like previous Elder Scrolls Engines, Navmesh ahoy! It's not that complicated.

    I'd like this to work cause in all other major towns you can mount around.

    It's kinda odd even tho you're inside that travel is slow.


    I'd even be open to just having a constant speed buff if the mount programming isn't ideal.

    I think overall it's movement speed that's the opportunity right?

    Be thankful we can even mount on the first floor lol as it technically counts as "in-doors".

    Peoples impatience these days never ceases to amaze me. The city is short enough when everyone's sprinting using rapids. Why do you need to use a mount?!?!?!?!

    I understand that walking in a pain but, Dude, Elden Root is Tamriel's first shopping mall. Everyone knows you usually can't ride your horsies around inside a shopping mall. There'll be poo and no rain to wash it away.
