Regarding Crypt of Hearts and Banished Cells, in order to get gold the tank, if DK, must not slot Spiked Armor as the adds will easily kill themselves from the reflected damage; slot the immovable skill from heavy armor line instead as it offers the same buff without the reflect. Templar blazing shield, spiked shield from undaunted line and DK blazing shield should be avoided as welTaunts should be used sparingly as they can do 3-5K damage themselves. The DDs must never ever use AoE as the adds can get in range and get killed pretty easily - most dangerous moment is when the ghosts spawn in the same point as Nerien'eth; they must stop DPS at that point, until the tank kites them safely away. Also the DDs must not burn down the boss too fast, as the adds may not have enough time to spawn in sufficient numbers to fulfill the gold key condition. I'm writing this down because I had a very hard time last week with those 2 pledges because adds dying and/or not having enough time to spawn. Had to run each dungeon 3 times to get that gold key. It happened before, but it seems to be happening more often lately.
