Character Load screen hangup!

So, i have been stuck in Character Load Screen for 15 minutes. Talked to a friend and they have had it happen to 2 of their characters so far as well. It seems to be happening if your character is loading into Coldharbour Hollow City. Anyone else having an issue since we got on after the patch today? I was in cyrodial PvP on Trueflame and i crashed out and it booted me back to Coldharbour.

Ignotus✭✭✭May be an EP issue, idk. My DC toon was parked in Coldharbour and I logged in fine. Guildmates said they could not port to the southern wayshrine on Stros M'kai, but I was able to do that as well and then ported back to Hollow City without issues. Must not be affecting everyone equally.
EDIT: My AD toon just tried to take the boat from Daggerfall to Stros M'kai and is stuck in a loading screen indefinitely. GG, I smell another maintenance tomorrow.

Briolase✭✭✭It seems EP characters are unable to access Coldharbour. In other words, an entire faction is locked out of an entire map.
I'm having the same issue. I logged out on my main from Coldharbour before the maintenance and am unable to log in at all on that character. My DC and AD characters are fine - I can travel to CH on them.0 -

This IS a thread from last night(check the time stamp thx)and i DID summit a ticket, i was wondering if it was just me and a couple people or if it was faction wide etc. so i know how to respond when/if customer support contacts me. the first email is usually a generic response asking me to go through a bunch of unnecessary steps and it helps to be able to let them know right off the bat if there are multiple people with a common issue so they stop concentrating on trying to get me to run repair, again.
(Also ZOS does not have the best Mac client support so they usually zero in on THAT instead of whether its a widespread problem or not as well)NA EP CP1200+

Hollow city seems to have been the common denominator for most of the EP complaints I've seen. you are the first AD I've heard say it was Hollow City. i don't know if they fixed us yet or not though. i got lucky and was able to get my toon working agin as soon as the pop lock in pvp released so it ported me back there and stopped trying to kick me into hollow city.Edited by AyeshaBelladonna on August 23, 2016 9:55PMNA EP CP1200+
