Reset time of Dailies changed?

When I logged in a few minutes ago I could neither pick up the crafting writs nor the Gold Coast daily quest, both of which I had done yesterday before the patch. Has something changed with the reset time of those?

    Nope. Reset is in about 15 minutes I believe. It is for PC-NA at least.
