Does Orrisum and other cites still have lag and or crash to desktop on Xbox One?

I haven't played in 2 months now. I cancelled my ESO+ membership so now I lost my loot bag and everything in there. While I do miss playing the game a bit, I am curious has the game been fixed yet with the lag crash to desktop? I wanted to visit Orrisum and loved how the city looked but since it took me over 2 days to escape and not be able to visit the place, I just didn't feel like playing ESO anymore since I can't go visit a place and keep reading other places are just like it and I don't want to go through that experience again. So I quit and canceled my membership.

So has it been fixed now after 3 months, or is it still there?

a number of hotfixes were released which reduce the load screens & chance of crashing

    1. keep quests to a minimum (under 7 seems to be the best)
    2. wait at a wayshrine until all npc's have rendered before moving
    3. keep inventry to a minimum - not official advice just something i have noticed personally
    • the unusaually long load screens have notably reduced; maybe 3 to 5 a day instead of every 10 secconds!
    • the crashes have DRASTICALLY reduced since SotH was released, but i will still get 1 maybe 3 a day, i did take a (brand new made for the sake of testing orsinium) character; into the city itself, and she was fine, i am still working up the courage to take a 'proper character' in and test it, but after having characters stuck there for a week.... im sure you can appriciate my hesitation
    • and i havent seen an invisible NPC IN FOREVER (LOL see what i did there?)
    • please bare in mind i usually play all day so my numbers are reflective

i know this doesnt help when you are stuck in perpetual load screen crash loop

on a side note you shouldn't of lost the contents of your craft bag when you cancelled your ESO; you should still have access to all the goods (just lost the ability to place more items in there), you may still be able to submit a ticket regarding any loss you incured & reclaim your supplies.
