Can't log into one of my characters

It's stuck in Greenshade. Anyone else have this problem? I can log into my other 8 toons but the one I need to log into the most right now is just stuck in an infinite logging in request

✭✭✭Not sure what to tell you other than put in a ticket. When this happens to me login in with one of my other characters usually fixes it for the stuck one.... doesn't seem to be doing the trick for you.0 -
