✭✭✭✭✭Remember how Order of the Hour and Minotaur, which appeared as dropped items (Flanking set, Morihaus set) in Dark Brotherhood, became craftable with the release of Shadows of the Hist DLC? These will likely be the same. It is a way to incentivize players to go back to old DLC. Even if you did not buy Dark Brotherhood on release, maybe they can entice people to buy it now so they can run the dailies and maybe get a motif page from quest reward. You will not be able to get the motif shown or craft in it until Update 12. I would not be surprised if it shows up in the boss chests/loot upon completion of Ruins of Mazzatun once Update 12 releases. A new reason to run those dungeons and maybe a new reason for players to purchase the SotH DLC.1 -
