As of now in ESO there are a LOT of sets.
Some are
craftable, some are
lootable. But only a small percentage of them is actually
useable when aiming for a optimized build.
I would really like, ZOS would change some of them to make sets have a clear purpose.
For example Storm Knight's Plate:
(2 items) Adds 1935 Spell Resistance
(3 items) Adds 1935 Spell Resistance
(4 items) Adds 1064 Maximum Health
(5 items) 10% chance when damaged with spells to deal ??? Shock Damage to nearby enemies every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.

Whats the point in having this set complete? As a tank you don't deal much Shock Damage.
Also the percentage is low and the conditions are bad since spells normally hit from range so whats the point in dealing lighting damage to nearby enemies.

This way it would be a very good anti-sorcerer tank set.

Addition: This set must be made able to drop in light armor and accessoires as well. Right now it is only in heavy armor which sucks.
