We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

It is what it is, how many hours of unwatched HBO do you pay for, stuff happens, that's life /shrug

I got "unwashed" and "BO" from that.

    Hello everyone,

I understand that maintenances are necesary to keep server runnig as smoothly as possible, and i understand sometimes some unexpected issues pops up and delay whole proces. But I also understand why people are angry and complaining about it here in forums. And some of them have good point. People that are paying mothly subscribtion and have eso+ active loose at least a day of playtime every moth, probably even more.
Is it possible to compensate subscribers with few day eso+? or some crown as a gift? Its the least thing you can to to make people happy and apologize for long maitenance. I really do believe subscribers should get some kind of compensation.

Anyway, to all EU players, have a nice evening, catch a movie or read a book, books are fine.

EDIT: i replace "deserve" with "should get"

Use to remember that when Everquest Server were down for an unexpected amount of time they use to give double xp week-end. Not that it will matter to player who already reached the CP cap, but it will probably appeal to a part of the population.

Of course customers "deserve" things from businesses...

We deserve/expect good hygiene from food outlets.
We deserve/except good quality in the items we buy.
    We deserve/expect good customer service.

Why? Because we "pay" for them. Without customers paying for their services/goods a business is nothing. Unfortunately most businesses nowadays think that its ok to take peoples cash and give crap service, and because more and more people accept this, it's becoming the norm.

I don't Accept this and in 8 days won't be paying for it any longer, either.

To be honest, as an ESO+ subscriber in Europe, I'd be happy if they simply did the maintanance during a more suitable time of day. WIth the latest maintanance events on consoles taking place from 11am bst, if there is any sort of a reasonably sized patch, it can mean a day or more of no access to ESO. Why not do the EU maintance later in the night, or early in the morning, at a different time to the US maintanance? If it is down to resources, I'd have to ask where the money from the crown store is going? It does seem a little unfair that we are losing a day whilst they are missing at the most a morning.

Still, maybe I am just salty because the maintance always happens on my days off...lol. With my internet connection, the One Tamriel patch could easily take months to install, if it is any bigger than the SoTH patch...

He is right about it tho,
i actually made a poll about this.

    https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/285046/24-hours-of-eso-refund-when-downtimes-exceed-24-hours-in-30-days#latest

I actually got one day of ESO+ last week as a result from a ticket i made about loosing a lot of ESO+ time with these long down times,
dont think ZoS will be happy me sharing this with you guys but i think you got the right to know ZoS actually does give ESO+ time when you give a good legit complain.

I participated in your poll but I don't think I should have to make a support ticket complaining to them about my lose of time in order to get them to do something about it.

It should be a given to them that if they want to keep the money coming in they should/need to show their paying customers some respect.

Without their paying customers who is gonna pay their salaries and bills to keep this game running?

I have to say NO game has disappointed me in such a short time of playing it ( less than a month of playing here) than this one has.
