We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.
Dungeon que really needs sorting(but it wont be)

Another update and still these issues are not being resolved!
So i put myself into a que for the daily pledge. As we all know as DPS, you may have a wait.
so i sit in the que for 30mins and eventually get put into a group that is instantly disbanded ( didnt think the group leader could do that anymore?). Anyway i get a 15min penalty for something that really isnt my fault or anything i can do about and probably have another 30min, wait if im lucky to get into another group.
So basically i am being penalized for wanting to do a dungeon.

EDIT:
Having got myself back in a group after an hour, i now find that i am unable to teleport to the group as the instance is full. I have tried all ways of joining the group i.e. via a wayshrine, travel to player(all 3 of the others),travel directly to the dungeon eventually after 5mins they have voted to kick me!!
I am now very angrily having to wait another ten minutes of a Bu**hit penalty, that again is not my fault!
I have never in gaming, come across so much incompetence in development, you really are a shameful bunch!!0 -

This ^ wish there was some way to make sure you always got an actual healer or tank through random queue.. (besides finding them manually)1 -

Yes agree totally, should maybe just have one option and choose the one your character is best at?0
