Trying to fill out my Cyrodiil lorebook collection and cannot find the quest pickup points for these. DC. Had seen one post that suggested a fishing pier southeast of a dungeon in AD territory but no luck.

The starting point for Regret is by the eastern entrance to White Fall Mountain (map)

Fruitmass✭✭✭✭To find "Cause and Effect" go East from Sejanus to the lake a little ways East of Muck Valley Caverns.The green marker is where you'll find the quest.
You'll find the note near by a body at the lake's southern edge.
To find "Regret" go West from Fanacas towards White Fall Mountain (between Arrius and Farragut)The green marker is where you'll find the quest.
You'll find the note laying next to a dead Argonian.

tesob16_ESO74✭✭✭✭I´m looking for Regret, too. Maybe we made the quest before and it is not repeatable? Dont read the book at this time and now we cant get it because we cant get the quest a second time?
