Console to PC Transfer(Mods)

Will this ever happen? I would love to play on PC but the grind is just too much IMO especially when I have worked hard to get to where I am on PS4. The PS4 performance and console performance in general is just not what it should be. I have played on PC before on my account and the game just feels so much better, obviously PC master race. I would pay $40-60 to make this happen if you made it available.

Just buy gold edition at release and start fresh.

but considering they've said many times that the PC to console transfer was only due to console delays and that it will never be offered again, the reverse is captured in that statement.

I'd also think that if they're adding more cash grabs they are very unlikely to offer any transfers as that removes income potential.
