This thread should have all the information needed for weekly maintenance, sadly a patch can go badly and can take longer. The best thing to do is just let them do their thing and wait. These threads after fours just clutter up the server and database. Well one thing is for sure, @ZOS holds true to their form and can never get a simple small patch up and running in a decent amount of time.
You must need attention. Let them do their jobs
