i don't have a problem with finding the book or the targets, no its noting like that. i am confused about on how i am i meant to kill someone that is located in stonefalls WHEN IM NOT ALLOWED INTO STONEFALLS BECAUSE IM IN THE DOMINION AND NOT THE EBONHART ALLIANCE.
is it something like i just dont have to kill that person or is there something im not seeing?
i heard you can enter places out of your alliance if you are level 50 but i cant be bothered waiting

Legoless✭✭✭✭You have to either finish the main storyline, reach level 50, or wait till October for the next update. The Litany can't currently be completed by non-Veterans.0 -
ValkynSketha✭✭✭✭✭If your lvl is less than 50 then you can't complete it, you either lvl yourself or wait for the next update in October where you will be able to go anywhere at any lvl.Edited by ValkynSketha on August 22, 2016 7:10AM1
